Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Selection & Analysis: Evaluate and select suppliers who can deliver high-quality products at competitive prices, conducting supplier preference studies to inform purchasing decisions.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers on lead times, pricing, and quality to secure the best terms for the company. Manage supplier contracts and renegotiate terms as needed to support evolving business requirements.

You are an experienced procurement professional with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. You have a solid understanding of procurement processes and a proven track record in driving supplier performance and cost efficiency. • Experience: 3 to 6 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with expertise in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

The RFS Manager will support ad-hoc project requests, vendor engagement, and request fulfilments (among other responsibilities).

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing new BAU requests, time-and-material efforts, and customer resource requisitions
• Following the RFS process timeline from initiation to closure
• Regularly reviewing and enhancing the current process
• Ensuring accurate and timely availability of RFS reports, updates, tracking, and closures
• Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., sales for pricing), external vendors (e.g., for quotations), and client representatives, to ensure comprehensive service request coverage.

Regional Procurement Lead

What this job involves:

General

• Comply with all procurement rule and policy.
• Develop, execute annual sourcing plan on time with good quality.
• Record all sourcing savings into Bravo system, CSTS system accordingly.
• Work closely with the JLL HQ SCMP/ operation teams to maximize the procurement benefits our Clients.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.

Bidding & procurement management

• Advise on and establish agreed procurement strategy with Client based on specific project information and Client’s standard procurement policies. Propose the preferred procurement packages and requirements.
• Establish and manage the competitive tendering and selection process.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies.
• Research JLL vendor’s / supplier’s capabilities, identify a pool of candidate vendors / preferred suppliers for bidding consideration.
