Main Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders in the ERP System to suppliers
• Updating inventory receiving and issuance, receiving purchase orders, suppliers' invoices verification as a backup function, and liaising with Finance Team
• Analyse inventory and implement solutions to improve inventory turnover.
• Ensure the smooth supply chain operations of the company, identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, and implementing process changes and improvements to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met through timely and accurate order fulfilment, effective communication, and excellent customer service.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse and logistics operations, including safety, security, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Min. O levels and above
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities
• Bilingual in English language and Mandarin language is a must, to communicate and connect with Chinese clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the procurement of all Raw materials in the engineering department and the procurement of its components
• Responsible for the procurement of all Raw materials (Substrate, Indirect Materials – Bulk & Spec Gases, Chemicals, Resists, Targets, Fab Consumables), General Affairs & Information Technology Section) like MFG, QA, HR, CIM/IT and Non Module) for the semiconductor process
• Responsible to plan and procurement for Raw Materials through Auto MRP
• New source/vendors development
• Improvement of internal and external operation processes and development of new systems
• Distribution of RFQ to all vendors
• Confirmation of signing of Purchase Orders and Contracts
• Participate in and assist suppliers and outsourcers to evaluate relevant operations
• Participate in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan activities
• Responsible for Internal and External Audit of Raw Material Procurement Processes

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder (Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent)
• Preferably min 3 years and above experience in Semiconductor
• Related Fab experience in Raw Material Purchasing will be an added advantage
• Soft skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Oracle, SAP) is an added advantage
• Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
