Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing of materials or equipment as per RFQ project requirements
• Ensure execution of purchases are in accordance to company polices and quality procedures.
• Conduct sourcing of materials and equipment locally and internationally for operation, production and project requirements in accordance to established policies and procedures.
• Analyse and evaluate quotations from vendors and conduct negotiation, where necessary, to achieve the best overall deal in terms of technical conformance, delivery compliance and commercial considerations
• Ensure proper logistics arrangements for the delivery of goods to meet project schedule and take recovery actions where necessary. To negotiate for the most cost-effective transport by bringing the order.
• Track and expedite orders and provide timely status report for project progress updates.
• Conduct supplier appraisals and audits.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with supplier
• Perform vendor evaluation and generating procurement analyse report as when required.
• To involve in logistics works and documentation as assigned.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· At least 2~3 years procurement experience in engineering industry

· Strong math, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Team player, meticulous, details-oriented

· Good command of English in both writing and speaking

· Good understanding about contract language

· Advanced in MS office applications

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day purchasing operation
• Coordinates with operations team and other internal department on stock availability and delivery schedules
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts etc.)
• Generate purchase orders
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Maintain the filling system of purchasing records

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a purchaser in the F&B industry.
• Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendor.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for overseeing the production process and conducting cost audits and optimizations for contract-manufactured products.
2. Responsible for addressing product differences among contract-manufactured products in different regions and integrating them.
3. Responsible for addressing and resolving quality issues with contract-manufactured products.
4. Responsible for providing technical support to third-party contract manufacturers.
5. Responsible for providing technical support for rough processing in new markets.
6. Responsible for independent research and development of "A-in, A-out" ready-to-use products.

1. Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent or Officer.
2. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
3. Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
4. A knack for negotiation and networking.
5. Working experience of vendor management software.
6. Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
