Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and assess the performance of airfreight carriers to ensure high service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines and logistics service providers to negotiate favorable rates and uphold service standards.
• Lead the carrier engagement and procurement process, including conducting RFQ bidding with carriers to secure the best pricing and space for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Innovation and Operations) to develop cost-effective air product solutions for potential clients and streamline procurement processes aligned with business objectives.
• Implement air procurement strategies to maximize revenue by enhancing air product solutions.
• Oversee contract administration, including rate negotiations, service commitments, and performance metrics.

• Stay updated on air logistics market trends and provide insights and recommendations to the management team to optimize airfreight sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company or Airline/ Air Freight industry.
• Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management.
• Good in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
• Well versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
• Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience- B2B Sales and Marketing.
