JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure effective project planning and implementation, efficient use of resources, and proper co-ordination and delegation of works to successfully complete project by the contractual deadline and within the budgeted cost
• To lead and mentor the team by setting in place guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision
• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (recognized by PEB).
• At least 8 years of BTO project experiences from piling stage till handover or contract ending.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong knowledge in project management
• Independent, organised with positive work attitude and sense of urgency
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• To be appointed as RP (Recognize Professional), TC (Technical Controller) and technical personnel for BCA registration.
• Accredited with Accreditation of Project Managers (APM) or Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Controlling stock inventory and chassis (FIFO) allocation
• Preparing daily/monthly reports to management
• Reporting function; Prepare (e.g.: BCS A1, provision for impairment) and check reports (SAP posting for Sales, COS, Inventory) pertaining to Truck Sales Dept
• Forecast and provide truck sales and order intakes for monthly estimates to HQ logistics (e.g. DSPT and preparation of forecast (e.g.: rolling forecast, inventory time phase)
• Maintain and record truck orders (e.g. order book) and counter check that the orders are signed within the authorised levels
• Inventory control (e.g.: Stock list) and regularly update the salesman on inventory availability and order status
• Prepare monthly slides for meeting (Demand Review, Business Review Meeting)
• Update the VDA and LDS for any trucks sold
• Activation of release note
• Collaborate and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of CM system
• Any other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE “O” level with 1-2 years of working experience
• Strong in excel (vlookup, pivot table etc) and data crunching
• Accounting background is advantageous
