Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company’s day-to-day procurement requirements
• Handling the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of materials from both domestic/overseas suppliers
• Develop/Execute internal process improvements for the company’s procurement function
• Attain cost-saving objectives set by the company
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant industry

• Efficient operation of the purchasing function of the company.
• Handle vendor disqualification activities.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Bachelor in Purchasing/ Supply Chain, Engineering discipline
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and drive cost reduction through various levers
• Good experience in proposing ideas to drive technical productivity
• Good understanding of market players in different category with ability to source and propose cost saving through Change of suppliers
• Build relationship and collaborate with internal teams and with stakeholders
• Work in Fast paced environment
• At least 8-12 years of relevant Purchasing experience with strong technical knowledge
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a People Manager/Team Lead function
• Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytics skills and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:

• Support HQ Audit Team
• Execution of internal audit activities for the Group and guide an Executive
• Internal audit activities to be performed for subsidiaries of the group (Asia Pacific, USA, Europe)
• Participate in audit planning
• Execute assigned program/procedures on financial and compliance audit
• Prepare, summarize and communicate audit results
• Suggest remediation plans and review remediation work

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Competent in handling all auditing areas include costing, percentage-of-completion recognition methods, taxes etc
• Ability to lead and work independently
• Strong fundamentals in audit/accounting knowledge and experience
• Willing to travel globally (25% to 50%) when required to Japan, America, Europe and Asia Pacific
