Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope:

Job Description: The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals from suppliers. This role involves building and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring a consistent supply of materials for the recycling facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with scrap metal suppliers.
• Negotiate purchasing agreements to secure competitive prices and terms.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the delivery and transportation of purchased materials.

• Issues Technical Specifications and Manage Piping related packages for EPCC of FPSO Topside projects
• Translates requirements of project/ classification society/ relevant industrial standard / statutory bodies into Technical Specifications for piping related materials, equipment and services to be procured
• Ensures all procurement arrangement & transactions comply with project's commercial, legal and contractual obligation
• Engages in technical discussions to achieve comparable levels of compliancy for competing suppliers of the same product/system
• Prepares technical bid evaluations to qualify suitable vendors in terms of quality, track record, cost, delivery, responsiveness to meet project's schedule and compliance to all applicable requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Handle Incoming and Outgoing shipments.
