JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ā· - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
Ā· - Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with relevant standards.
Ā· - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure optimal cost efficiency and align with project requirements.
Ā· - Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery, and invoices.
Ā· - Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
Ā· - Collaborate with departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Ā· - Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
Ā· - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
Ā· - Perform additional tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ā· - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Ā· - Prior experience in the construction sector, main contractor is preferred.
Ā· - Knowledge of the full procurement process, including Quantity Surveying (QS) experience, is an advantage.
Ā· - Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ā· -Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ā· - Self-motivated, resourceful, and with a positive attitude.
