Roles:
- Pick/Pack, scan, sort, label parcels according to orders on various platforms
- Fulfil online orders and update out-of-stock products
- Assist in keeping accuracy of inventory
- Managing incoming shipments
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership & responsibility of the inventory under your care.
- Ensure and maintain accurate inventory records in our system and various platforms
- Process orders from various e-commerce platforms and in-store.
- Packing the orders and ensuring the orders are dispatched on time.
- Assist in daily operational issues.
- Perform stock take from time to time
- Housekeeping
- Maintain general cleanliness of working area
- Able to handle loads >12kg when shipments arrive
- Assist and manage the Inbound and Outbound of goods
- Assist in receiving shipments from freight forwarders
- Assist in arranging and displaying of merchandise
- Other ad-hoc duties and assignments
Skills and Abilities:
- Possess clear communication, time-management and organizational skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Able to take work pressure and meet deadlines
- Meticulous and careful with minute details
- Ability to keep calm when business volumes increase during peak periods & holiday seasons
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members
- Knowledge in Shopee/Lazada/Shopify operations (preferred but not a prerequisite)
Work Hours:
- Part-Time, able to commit at least 5 hours a day (E.g. Mon, Fri & Sat 11am-4pm and other weekdays 4-9pm)
- Flexible hours can be arranged at mutual agreement for suitable candidate
- Sunday and PH off
- Able to start work as soon as possible (on-the-job guidance & training)
