• General administrative duties
• Handling, sorting, updating and filing of documents
• Request for Quotation, Follow up Purchase Order/Site Order
• Match invoice, DO and PO, ensure correct billing prices
• Maintain and update purchasing document/records

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Meticulous and willing to learn
• Familar Plumbing & Fitting as well
• Autocount system knowledge

Job description

Assist site personnel in purchasing material and handling logistic
- Handle MRF, POs, DOs and Invoicing.
- Assist in site material budgeting and monitoring
- Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
- Assist project coordinators/engineers/managers on implementation of project
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Duties include filing, telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors,
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
