The Senior Executive role will play a key role in ensuring hospital stakeholders' needs are fully incorporated into new building developments to make them functional and fit for purpose. The responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to identify, plan, and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with operational requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate user requirements across various stakeholders, including users, workgroups, and project teams, from planning to operationalisation stages
- Schedule, document, and track project progress, procurement activities, and timelines for internal planning and management reporting
- Attend meetings and participate in reviewing design proposals and hospital planning, with a focus on FF&E procurement and integration
- Assist stakeholders in planning, managing, and optimising critical resources to achieve effective solutions that meet the hospital’s business objectives and operational strategies
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Project Facilities Management or related studies
- 5 - 6 years of similar experience, preferably in hospital setting
