Job Description & Requirements
· Oversee the M&E team, comprising engineers, a coordinator, and a supervisor.
· Manage the entire project management process, including all operational and administrative procedures, and clearly communicate project expectations to team members.
· Collaborate closely with authorities, clients, and consultants to ensure all M&E systems function optimally.
· Lead the selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
· Ensure timely and efficient project progress by monitoring work against the schedule.
· Ensure all projects and works are managed according to customer specifications, meet quality standards, and comply with government regulations.
· Facilitate communication between customers and various departments.
· Manage projects to ensure budgets remain within allocated costs and margins.
· Lead the on-site M&E team to execute and manage projects efficiently, and administer all. M&E contracts with appropriate contractual expertise.
Requirement
- Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and solve problems when working under pressure.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- 5.5 days’ work week
