Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain
• Position Title: MRO Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (7.45AM – 4.45PM) – Hybrid Working Arrangement
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning and procurement
• Responsible to review RFQ, stock status and customer demand.
• Raise Purchase Requisition and subsequently issue Purchase Order to supplier upon receipt of customer’s PO.
• Follow up with supplier to ensure correct parts are shipped out from supplier on time.
• Process customer’s order and ensure that parts are delivered to customer on time.
• Establish good rapport with MRO supplier; and at the same time provide excellent customer service to MRO customer.
• Timely feedback of procurement and order processing issues to immediate Superior.
• Compile and maintain records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, storage and issued out.
• Reconcile information on material requisition, invoice, and shipping notice to material receipt or issuance to verify accuracy of stock.
• Report & review rejected material together with Business Manager & MRO supplier.
• Generate biweekly/ monthly report.

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
