Our Client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Procurement Officer to join their team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and inventory control for their plant and logistics operations in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Disseminate and enforce company policies and procurement procedures to user departments
• Assist Head of Section with procurement activities for new projects
• Manage and oversee purchase orders and contracts for all plants
• Ensure all purchases and contracts follow company procurement policies
• Collaborate with other departments on tender and contract activities
• Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with SOX requirements
• Follow up on contractual requirements and provisions with vendors
• Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurances, and security deposits, sending reminders to departments
• Manage vendor master data in SAP MM and SAP B1 (vendor creation and qualification)
• Conduct vendor performance reviews annually and after contract completion
• Oversee tender sales

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement, contract tendering and administrative

• Support procurement process at DxD Hub, ensuring technical and policy compliance as well as value-for-money.
• Structuring requirements for procurement process: Translate purchase requests from technical team to online procurement systems.
