Job Description:

• Drive cost efficiencies through ingenious portfolio and inventory management.
• Maintain and improve on Print Top Parts effectiveness.
• Drive Supply Chain team to meet/ optimise delivery Turn Around Time. Collaborate with them on ad-hoc TAT & customer experience improvement initiatives such as Hybrid Model, Lead time PBI development, etc
• Collaborate with market leads, supply chain planner & Buyer on optimal PHA stock level.
• Bulk & multipack creation - be Proof of Concept for RPB bulk/multipack creation. Processes includes parts’ creation & follow through until parts are activated with relevant troubleshooting and abnormalities’ investigation. Communicate ad-hoc bulk/multipack list to marketing team to update partners and on quarterly basis to SSC/ Finance to adjust NMCA rate in system.
• Check material status & orderability.
• Last-Time Buy & Binding forecast process - check past demand and collaborate with market lead to provide relevant forecast.
• Inventory reduction - monthly inventory report & orders report to track inventory reduction.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Responsible for sourcing
• Responsible for sales & gross profit margin
• Check and review products' performance, on a continuous basis, to ensure that the category is managed effectively
• Plan promotion activities
