Job Scope:

• Source metal mechanical machining parts.
• Involve tactical and strategic sourcing.
• Support new sourcing projects.
• Negotiate with vendors on contracts, pricings and purchasing terms
• Manage First Articles.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders on sourcing activities requirements with most optimized price and lead time.
• Continuously looking for opportunities for cost reduction.
• Facilitate improvements in Sourcing activities.
• Contracts management and administration.
• Ensure all procedures are followed.
• Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 to 3 years’ experience in technical sourcing.
• Able to perform costing analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast pace environment.
• A strong team player, self-motivated, possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
• Takes initiative, is hardworking and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to meet demanding requirements and multiple deadlines.
• Strong in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Preferred with SAP experience

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $2500 - $3500
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: Woodlands North

Job Scope:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock
• Involved in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using excel for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders
• To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly manner within the stock location system
• To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members
• To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of material, etc., and consignment
• Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions
• To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse
• To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
• Supports administration matters given

Job Description

• Marine & Offshore industry
• Basic $2500 - $3500
• 5 days (8.30am – 6.00pm)
• Location: Penjuru Lane
• 2 ways transport from Jurong East, CCK, Serangoon, Bishan

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
• Data Entry of Purchase Orders (PO).
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Sourcing suppliers and purchase electrical equipment, spare parts, and other electronic components.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive stockpiling and conduct stock take.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvement in the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in business/ supply chain management or other related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement/ purchasing.
• Knowledge with electrical will be an added advantage.
