Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and coordinating of deliveries.
• Perform Deliveries when required.
• Perform transactions in SAP system.
• Reverse Logistics (Returns, NCR).
• Scrap management within plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons).
• Conduct cycle count, annual stock take.
• Readily to cover other branch when required.
• Coordinate with all branch for inter-branch store transferring.
• Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Generate monthly report to superior.
• Perform daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, sorting, stuffing, un-stuffing, loading & un-loading according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure that all products received are in good conditions and report to the supervisor if there are any defects.
• Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record on SAP system.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse/store.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing.
• Class 4 license is a plus.
• Experience in SAP/ forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work half day on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and manage the operations in our service delivery and warehouse management.
• Manage general matters regards to warehouse management
• Order Processing and Inventory Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma/ degree from a technical field
• Team player with good discipline and work attitude and able to manage and control people.
• Good communications and interpersonal skill - English
• Minimum 5 Years of Work Experience in relevant Field

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3300 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm); Saturday (8am - 12pm) - Once per month
• Location: Tampines East MRT

Job Scope:

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management
• Communicate with management, and contractors on cost estimation
• Negotiate project terms to ensure comprehensive issue resolution
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
• Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards
• Manage complete logistic processes including shipping documentation (primarily import; export when needed)
• Maintain close liaison with suppliers for delivery promptness and commitment
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices
• Manage company vendors such as IT, maintenance/repair/operating contracts, etc
• Oversee various contracts including purchasing, certificates, renewal inspections, etc
• Address suppliers, vendors, and internal inquiries
