Job Description:

• Assist the Chairman/CEO in controlling and evaluating all relevant financial budgets and forecasting through constant monitoring of the daily reports.

Our Inventory Coordinator is responsible for handling end-to-end Inventory Management process. Job scope involves managing Incoming and Outgoing shipments, Managing Material Receipts & Issuance and ensuring Inventory accuracy in system at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Handle Incoming and Outgoing shipments.
• Handle Material Receipts & Issuance in accordance to Company Procedure.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches designated reorder point.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through conducting all inventory transactions related to shipping, receiving, work orders and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner.
• Run and initiate cycle count reports on a daily basis.
• Provide variance explanation, if needed.
• Know and understand Company Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of the Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, organize and manage the procurement and supplier management processes for the assigned plants, projects and tender support under Energy-as a Service in Singapore and overseas.
• Liaise with key stakeholders (Plant/Project Manager, Section Manager/Head, and Engineers) to understand their current and anticipated demand for goods, services, and works. Integrate these requirements into the Procurement Plan.
