Responsibilities:

• Assist operation / logistics manager in carrying out duties.
• Customer Order processing and monitoring shipment status.
• Shipment coordination with Forwarder and Trucker.
• Generate shipment report.
• Update and file shipping documents.
• Perform invoicing to customer.
• Assist program on daily report / data support.
• Perform shipment declaration.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in Permit Declarations, Customs Procedures, Import / Export / LC documentation, Major Exporter Scheme is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, Independent, meticulous and team player.

Job Scope:

• Issue, picking & packing of spares etc. according to order confirmation for local and overseas shipments.
• Ensure timely delivery.
• Inform shipping department once goods are ready for despatch;
• Responsible for receiving incoming goods, unpacking, uncarting, and subsequent storage, checking against packing list and inform discrepancies.
• Ensure adequate stock of all packing materials and warehouse consumable supplies.
• Housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Monitor stock level and recommend replenish of stock and inform shipping dept to issue purchase order to third party suppliers for missing items.
• Proper labelling of stock.
• Involved in periodic and annual stock taking.
• Keep all the information and documents confidential and file documents in order.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure all goods received in the hotel are properly supported by the hotel PO
• To examine both the quality and quantity of the goods
• To ensure goods are promptly moved to Stores or the concerned department once received
• To ensure outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for
• Match invoice to purchase order. Do not accept unauthorized merchandise
• Inform Purchasing Manager and Cost Controller of any deficiencies and mistakes
• Input into the system all goods received daily and print Goods Received Note and attached with the invoice and PO
• Follow up closely with purchasing if there are any goods returned, close the item in the system once credit note received
• To closely monitor with the Purchasing Officer all pending or partial deliveries
• Ensure receiving bay should be clear and orderly at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to communicate in English with guests/visitors/vendors and hotel staff to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
• Experience with computers, calculators or word processors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Warehouse Executive in smooth warehouse operations using ERP system.
• Handle incoming/outgoing goods and inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and security.
• Assist in issuing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
• In absence of a colleague, backup as a driver.
• Transport equipment and goods safely and courteously.
• Maintain company trucks in a good condition and conduct inspections.
• Ensure compliance with driving rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
• Assist in producing inventory reports and statistics.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Levels qualification.
• At least 3 years working experience in inventory control and warehouse operation.
• Has prior knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
