• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to retail stores.

Stock Take and Inventory Management:

• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to products.
• Conduct regular stock takes to reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Update inventory systems accurately in the warehouse management system to reflect stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete orders accurately and meet customer expectations.

Administrative Job Responsibilities

• Handling Point-Of Sales System. Administering, updating and maintaining the record by keying in the sales report, checking invoices, data entries on stocks, maintain inventory supply and etc.
• Carry out, compiling, collating, filling, maintaining and updating of on-going promotions details, forms and etc.
• Compile data, prepare reports and other documents.
• Replenish office / outlet daily supply including sourcing of supply to ensure smooth operations in the company.
• Sourcing for products, compare prices and purchase according to specifications as provided.
