Individual to be involved in:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to acquire cost-effective and high-quality automotive components and parts.

- Manage and cultivate relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Implement and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings in the car trade procurement process.

Job Description:

· Process purchase orders and requisition

· Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment

· Source and evaluate suppliers' performance

· Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements

· Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system

· Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties

· Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times

· Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time
