RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse.
• Picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers’ requirements.
• Load and unload trucks/ containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of procurement process which includes evaluation & comparing of medical products
• Involves in negotiation on quotations and purchasing contracts
• Keep records of requisition requested by users for submission and processing of purchase requisition
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to improve or reduce operating costs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures
• Independently manage procurement activities as assigned
