Responsibilities:

· Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

· Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

· Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues.

· Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

· Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

· Assisting with deliveries where required.

Requirements:

· 2+ years warehouse management experience.

· Able to commit 5.5 Days Work Week (Mon-Sat)

· Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.

· Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

· Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

· Proficient computer skills.

· Able to speak English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

· Ability to work with all levels of company staff.

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations. In this role, you will play a part in managing daily operations, workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team to achieve excellence in logistics and inventory control.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse operation systems (FIFO, equipment utilization, and logistics).
• Supervise daily activities, including inventory control, quality assurance, and space management.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse staff to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Analyze productivity and create actionable plans for peak operational efficiency.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery, coordinating general maintenance when needed.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to solve operational issues and achieve performance goals.
• Lead import, trucking, unstuffing, and SFA inspection activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.

• Forklift operation skills with a valid license.
• Knowledge of WMS systems is a must.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and relevant software tools.
