JOB SCOPE

Overall supervision of assigned projects, to ensure timely completion of projects, within the approved budgets set by the Project Manager and the management.

Plan and prepare all project program with indication of Critical Path to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.

To liaise with all subcontractors, consultants and owners on project matters and to resolve all technical discrepancies and site issues.

To supervise and ensure that acceptable workmanship and quality of projects are obtained to the management and consultants’ approval.

To attend, prepare and report on project progress, milestones and targets during meetings.

To organize and to chair regular site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.

To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with

Manage public feedbacks pertaining to site issues

Any other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Min Diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management

Degree in Civil Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board and BCA

Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction

Software Engineer (Back-End)

We are looking for a back-end developer/engineer who will primarily work in Java and Python. The selected candidate must have in-depth knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining functional and stable web applications. Familiarity with Spring Boot, AWS and Microservice is an advantage to succeeding quickly in this role. Excellent programming skills and the appetite for developing innovative applications will make the candidate the right choice for us.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in spring boot will be preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in modern middleware and technology (e.g. message queue, SQL and NoSQL, Kubernetes, etc.) will be preferred.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Lead and guide technical officers and technicians in performing M&E maintenance tasks.

Job Description

- To report to Head of the Department for daily job assignments.

- Carry out inspection, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting for the assigned jobs that include but not limited to:

· Electrical works

· PLC Controllers/Modules

· BMS/SCADA

· HMI

· A/C Works

- Provide internal & external trainings on electrical controls, electrical troubleshooting, PLC program writing & troubleshooting, control panel assembly and basic electrical theory.

- Produce Progress Tracking Report (PTR) for assigned jobs.

- Report and communicate with customers and Oceanmaster PIC the technical issues, status, progress and recommendations of the assigned job.

- Submit to Operations Administrator an accurate and duly signed & stamped Timesheets, Work Reports, Commissioning Checklists (if any) and Customer Satisfaction Survey Forms on every completion of assigned job.

- Produce Close-Out Report after completion of the assigned job.
