Assist in the planning stages by providing technical input on the feasibility, safety, and environmental considerations of the Demolition and Land Reinstatement.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project alignment.

• Supervise all on-site activities related to demolition and reinstatement, ensuring compliance with the project plan, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans provided by Contractors.
• Ensure that the materials and the workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
• Address any non-compliance issues by directing corrective actions and overseeing their implementation.
• Maintain detailed records of the project’s progress, including daily logs, material delivery notes, and site reports.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and client, highlighting any issues, delays, or deviations from the plan Provide on-the-spot solutions to technical challenges that arise during the demolition or reinstatement process.
• Liaise with design engineers and other experts to resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee the final inspection and testing of the reinstated plant facilities to ensure they meet tender requirements.
• Manage the handover process to the authorities, including the provision of asbuilt drawings, operation manuals

Requirements:

• Good graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment works.
• Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).

• Write, consolidate, and review technical reports of infrastructure projects and studies.
• Prepare detailed design reports and presentation to clients.
• Lead and delegate tasks within a workgroup, act as a technical expert to mentor other engineers within the team, while supervising and coordinating to ensure quality and accuracy of designs.
• Possess initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise during design and construction stages.
• Assist in business development activities and be responsible for the maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support daily BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities and assist in new Azure-based cloud projects.

· Manage and optimize access rights, account controls, and permissions in the Azure environment.

· Identify and resolve vulnerabilities flagged by scans and GCC alerts to ensure system security.

· Provide technical consultancy and onboarding assistance for new Azure cloud services.

· Strengthen and enhance the security, scalability, and reliability of the existing cloud infrastructure.

· Create and manage service requests for cloud-related tasks in collaboration with the BAU Operations Team.

· Administer and support Azure Blob Storage services and related tools.

· Manage Trend Micro Cloud One Workload and Endpoint Security/AMHIPS for anti-virus and anti-malware systems.

· Use DevOps tools like Terraform for managing infrastructure.

· Collaborate with teams for audit, security compliance, disaster recovery exercises, and infrastructure maintenance.

· Support ABL Heavy Forwarder for audit logging and Central Account Management (CAM) servers for audits.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

· Min 2+ year of experience in an Azure environment OR 3-5 years of experience in IT for candidates without certifications.

Certifications:

· Azure Fundamentals, Azure Certified Administrator, or Azure Solution Architect certifications preferred.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services and cloud infrastructure management.

· Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform is advantageous.
