Responsibilities:

As an individual contributor on our Cybersecurity engineering team, youll have a broad set of responsibilities including (the mix will depend on your interests and skill level):

• Troubleshooting security problems
• Assist in the management and deployment of security products on endpoints, servers, and virtual desktops

Cybersecurity Forensics Engineers are also responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to digital evidence handling and chain of custody. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in QA process.
• Experienced with CI/CD practices.
• Skilled in using Jira for issue tracking, with proficiency in Zephyr for managing test cycles.
• Strong communication abilities and a detail-oriented mindset as a collaborative team member.

What we are looking for:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology or

equivalent

● Hands on experience with Docker and programming languages such as Golang or Python.

● Interest in Security for AI. Defending against the next wave of AI attacks.

● Have a good understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, messaging queues, CI/CD tools

and software testing. Experience with Linux command-line and Git

● Able to write and document technical concepts

● Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude

● Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience, though exceptional fresh graduates with

solid internship experience are welcome.

● Must be based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for a range of CCTV and network technical solutions, including proposal development and technical presentations
• Identify and develop business opportunities with clients, promoting solutions and delivering tailored technical proposals
• Design and deliver competitive product solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met, and provide technical expertise to drive sales growth
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs, and providing timely support for inquiries and technical issues
• Deliver product training to clients, enhancing their understanding and adoption of CCTV and network solutions

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with CCTV products and solutions
• At least 1 year of experience in the CCTV or networking domain
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate and align technical solutions with customer needs
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with experience in resolving complex technical issues
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant networking credentials
