Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize mechanical systems for the BCSS, including battery handling, charging, and swapping equipment.
• Develop engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
• Specify, select, and procure mechanical components and machinery required for battery handling, charging, and swapping.
• Implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure mechanical designs and modifications adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for personnel and equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections and testing of mechanical systems and equipment to maintain high operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and faults.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan, design, and execute mechanical aspects of BCSS projects.
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise in project planning and execution.
• Able to handle electrical faults and hydraulic faults and repair of rotary drilling rigs.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Engineering field, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Min. 1-2 years’ experience on maintenance works.
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software for mechanical design.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Understand the working principle of the rotary drilling rig.

Position Summary

The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for implementing and supporting DevOps processes and tools that would further enhance the automation and orchestration of development and operation tasks in NETS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve upon the Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) development environment for NETS, including the processes and tools.
• Work closely with the application teams to ensure completeness while on-boarding the projects to CI/CD platform and guide the team to be enabled with new process and standards
• Support the definition of the Change Management and Release Management processes which will align CI/CD with ITSM requirements
• Design and Implement DevOps process by integrating various tools used during CI/CD
• Support the tracking of improvement metrics with the adoption of new processes
• Administer the DevOps environment on an on-going basis, which includes the new tools and servers adopted during the process
• Provide input on the introduction of DevSecOps and monitoring/operations activities to continually enhance the existing DevOps Framework

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Technology disciplines in medium to large organizations
• Hands-on experience integrating and administrating CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA-confluence, fortify, SonarQube and Nexus/Artifactory
• Hands-on experience implementing CI for applications on Java/J2EE, spring boot on linux based systems and best practices of CI/CD which includes build, source code scanning, unit testing and packaging
• Hands-on experience in Jekins is the key, experience in jenkins pipeline scripted or declarative methods are most preferable
• Hands-on experience of build tools like Maven, Ant and scripting languages like groovy, shell are must
• Hands-on in experience of Linux system administration, patch management etc
• Automating tools upgrade to ensure vulnerabilities are managed timely

Description of Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead CD projects and 2nd source qualification projects:

• Project planning and execute project plan properly. And coordinate with all stakeholders regularly on the project progress.
• Data collection/results analysis and report summarization.
• Documentation (FMEA, Control plan, WI, OCAP, SPC etc).

NPI project supporting:

• Participate in technical discussion and resource planning.
• Assist in scale up activities, including hands on activities, trouble shooting, process optimization, data collection, and summarization/reporting.
• Assist in finalization of WI / worksheets or other related documents.
• Assist in customer sample request: sample preparation and shipment documents.
• Support on production activities during safe launch period for the new product.

Support engineering team on activities of:

• Assist in smooth production running, troubleshooting and provide related consultation to production team.
• Process improvement activities (CIP, process optimization).
• New machine qualification / buyoff.
• Customer complaints, on root cause analysis, technical discussion, and process validation.

SAP system

• Work together with engineers on maintaining BOM & routing in SAP system.
• Creation of evaluation production order and ensure the proper transactions in system.
• Maintain engineering account and assist in stock take.
• Help on raising purchasing request for both NPI and engineering projects.

Job Specifications

• Paste, Powder, Flux and Solder Wire related knowledge and practical experience.

Education:
