About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Legal Manager to spearhead our in-house Legal Counsel needs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reading and writing contracts, making sure the company is meeting its legal requirements, assisting on the legal side of fundraises, and coordinating with counterpart legal counsels. What You’ll Do

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limited of established IHG and local hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interacts with guests and members of the community. YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Assists in controlling and monitoring departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

• Prepares and administers detailed onboarding program for new staff. Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines

Outlet Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Manage and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations with right delegation
• Monitor the reservation status and communicate with culinary team
