Job Description:

• Prepare/review Group consolidated financial reports by performing consolidation entries, eliminations and adjustments with timely and accuracy in accordance with IFRS/Singapore FRS as well as statutory guidelines.

• Prepare SGX financial and non-financial announcements, director resolution in writing by working closely with Sponsor and Company Secretary for complying to relevant rules and regulations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Duty Manager is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of our Resort. Liaising with our front desk and coordinating with our various departments, the Duty Manager is key to delivering the exceptional levels of service expected of our Brand. - Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively.

- Monitor and analysis trends in spending and inventory control and make recommendations to identify areas for saving.

- Other adhoc matters assigned by the Management.

Requirements

- Min 3 years of relevant experience

- Has experience in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry

- Good leadership and people management

- Knowledge of MS Office (Google Drive)

- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-driven and highly-motivated

- High degree of commitment and a good team player

- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Have initiative, independent and well-organised
