Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that meet business objectives and target audience needs in Vietnam
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights in both markets
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, including advertising, social media content, and event collateral that resonates with local audiences
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, social media, influencers, and search engine marketing, to reach and engage with target audiences in Vietnam
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads in Vietnam
• Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and support of sales goals in Vietnam
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns in multiple markets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Vietnamese language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Certification in digital marketing or related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
