Location: Lakeside

Working Hour: 5.5 days work (Alternate Saturday)

Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

Satursay 9am-1pm

Salary: $2600 - $3000

Job Description:

• Conduct process verification and validation exercise (i.e. SOP/ Machinery/ CCP verification, new product launch process observation, machinery cleanliness check via ATP swab, weighing scale verification, monthly facilities check, mock recall exercise, FG shelf-life verification and to put in records).

• Perform daily periodic walk-around of production, warehouse area to ensure compliance to in-house GMP, GMP and GWP, FG specifications and SOP.

• Conduct monthly checks and data analysis on retention samples to evaluate product stability.

• Coordinate with microbiological laboratory for sample collection and lab reports.

• Collect information and data to conduct trend analysis.

• Participate in trials and follow up on required information.

• Supervise and ensure the handling and processing operations are in accordance with the general guidelines of Halal food within the premises.

• Conduct periodic checks on delivery trucks’ pre-cool and supply chain temperature to ensure cold chain management and follow up with drivers and vendors for corrective actions.

• Conduct random checks on incoming raw material to ensure product wholesomeness, free of foreign material and defects etc.

• Follow-up with Procurement on investigation and corrective actions on raw material complaint / feedbacks.

• Prepare and maintain raw material specifications, in-house process procedures and documentation (checklists, microbial test report, COA, complaint log, vendor evaluation form, calibration report, traceability invoices / production planning / certificate etc.).

• Ensure quality and food safety standards of FG are maintained through scheduled lab test, sensory evaluation and conduct process checks.

Regulatory Support

• Assist in internal audit.

• Support external customer and regulatory audits i.e. FSSC 22000, 3rd party supplier assessment.

Import and Export Management

• Prepare and liaise with warehouse team on export procedures e.g. placement of temperature data logger device.

Vendor Management

• Perform basic troubleshoot and liaise with external vendors for routine servicing and issue follow up e.g. pest control, cleaning chemicals, weighing scale, metal detector, microbiological laboratory.

Customer Management

• Provide support to customers’ request e.g. questionnaire, product specification, shelf life lab test reports.

• Assist in investigation and follow up with investigation report.

Training

• Preparation of training materials e.g. photos, attendance sheet, assessment.

• Coordination with HODs on training schedule.

• Any other duties assigned by QA manager

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin [to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates & employees

· Oversee operations in an auto service unit to ensure compliance with quality standards

· Contact clients and convince them to bring vehicles to their unit for repairs

· Oversee the inspection of automobiles to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs

· Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs

· Conduct price negotiations with clients to reach a favorable bargain for both management and client

· Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team

• Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts
• Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required in an auto service department
• Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones
• Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
• Oversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, soot to ensure adherence to health and safety laws
• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills
• Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service

• Responsible for Operational Leadership of Catering & Restaurant

• Responsible for Daily Front-of-the House (Deliveries/Restaurant) and Back-of-the-House Restaurant (Kitchen Operations)
• Set and Review Quality Performance Standards of Services and Products. Regularly review product quality

• Execute and Manage Crisis Management plan effectively when the situation arises.
• Manage and Execute Human Resource (HR) management of FOH & BOH.
• Manage supply chain resources and ensure accurate inventory.
• Manage restaurant’s brand image and marketing activities. Promote the brand in the local community through multiple channels e.g., word-of-mouth, restaurant events, social media campaigns, advertising and co-branding. Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
• Control operational costs, identify measures to cut waste and maintain efficiency metrics.
• Maintain and Conduct Hygiene Audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and Conduct Safety/ESG Audits to ensure exceeding compliant standards.
• Manage & Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
• Research, and onboard new vendors, services, products to improve productivity to maximise efficiency and cost.
• Implement policies and protocols for Business Continuity to maintain future restaurant operations.
• Work with other HODs to ensure company performs efficiently in all aspects of the business.
• Reports to the CEO of Eatz Group Pte Ltd and perform other tasked as assigned by the directors.

Requirements:

• Experienced in an F&B Establishment is must (Catering preferred)

• Possess a Diploma / or Trade Certificate in Relevant Discipline
• At least 10 years’ Experience in Catering will be an advantage
• Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, ERPs etc
• Possess a Valid Class 3 Licence
