Team Summary

The Solutions team in Visa Direct is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the agreed solution and managing changes that may occur.

What a Solutions Consultant does at Visa:

• Ensuring client requirements is captured and a full understanding of the proposed solution / workflow before a client is signed,
• Consulting and guiding prospects and client on how to best use and ingest our products and services into their operational workflows and solutions, tailoring each proposed solution according to the client’s strategic and go-to market plans,

Description of Department

You will be part of the KidSTART Capability Development Branch, tasked to oversee and coordinate capability building strategies in the sector. The Branch ensures the delivery of specialised training programmes for KidSTART practitioners (KSPs) and volunteers.
