Position Overview:
The Business Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of the trade-in and resale operations for refurbished phones. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, manage operational workflows, ensure profitability, and maintain customer satisfaction. JOB SUMMARY

You will oversee the production and publication of the company’s award-winning annual Sustainability Report and all other public ESG disclosures; present the company’s ESG performance and field queries from investors and other financial stakeholders.
