• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia
• 3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
• Able to communicate well with the performers
• Has experience as Performer is a plus
• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous
• Strong stage experience

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Mainly focus on local Singapore market.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Builds trust, value others, communicate effectively, drives execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity.
• Business planning for sales and marketing.
• Analyse the market trends and competitor activities to find potential customers in the region.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
• Has experience in liquor is a plus.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
