Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

• Will work along with the Support Lead, take up support tickets assigned, probe the issue, and give possible resolution within the Turn Around Time.

• Candidates will be trained in client products to give end to end resolutions on usual technical issues raised.

• Candidates will be receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving issues that arises out of our products in any contact center production environment.

• Job profile involves travel to Customer Site across the globe on need basis to perform any support related activities on Client Products.

• Must perform technical troubleshooting on our products implemented at customer site by taking a remote session (or) by coordinating with onsite engineer.

• May have to extend regular work timings and work on various time zones while working on Support tasks assigned.

• Will report to the Support Lead and will be part of INDIA Delivery Center.

Main Objective

• The Regional Cargo Operations Manager oversees and manages all cargo-related tasks and processes in the Region, ensuring regional coordination towards the CoE.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cargo-related strategy and planning in the Region
• Responsible for monitoring the regional box-level performance against targets and KPIs, including the monitoring of Areas and QSCs performance
• Support the Cargo Operations CoE on process standardization, implementation and future automation of the cargo-related processes
• Coordinate and act as an escalation point with all internal and external stakeholders involved in box-related processes
• Using a variety of data sources and expert knowledge to ensure cargo operations is executed optimally and efficiently, with focus to drive cost savings
• Cooperate and communicate with other Regions, Areas, and QSCs, acting as a sparring partner which facilitates best practice sharing
• Monitor timeliness and accuracy of operational work orders

Requirements

• University Degree, Diploma in Marine Studies, or a similar qualification or experience in Liner Shipping or Logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• With a highly analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently and systematically under pressure
• Mandarin will be advantageous to have as there will be a high level of engagement with our counterparts in China

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

• Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

• Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

• Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

• Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous

• HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening and referrals for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business's needs and goals are fulfilled.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency
• Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.

• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback.

Qualifications:

• Sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space. .
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Job Description:

• Manage & strategize organic search traffic and organic keyword ranking campaigns on Google search engine.

• Observe & analyze trends in SEO campaigns to regularly provide insightful and actionable data.

• Review and analyze client sites: conduct competitive analyses, powerful keyword research, organic ranking tracking, and web monitoring.

• Present and execute strategies for growth, optimizations, backlinking, and areas of improvement for client campaigns.

• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and increase organic traffic growth.

• Assume full ownership of assigned campaigns to ensure the delivery of KPIs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to complement and enhance both clientele support and overall marketing campaign performance.

• Planning and execution of SEO campaigns: backend set up, on-site optimization, off-site optimization, and measuring impact and effectiveness.

• Keep up-to-date on SEO news and updates, Google’s algorithm updates, and various SEO strategies and recommendations to test and implement.

Experience & skills required:

• Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, SE Ranking, and other SEO platforms are highly desirable

• Analytical, performance-driven, meticulous with data, strong research and communication skills

• Adaptable, teachable, a problem solver, and able to handle multiple priorities

• Working knowledge of search engine optimization algorithms, best practices or have a good understanding of the basics

• Able to create relevant, engaging, and effective content and/or editing for websites, services, and programs pages, meta page descriptions, blog articles, etc.

• Google Analytics certified individuals, WordPress & Shopify familiarity (or other content management systems e.g., WIX, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Umbraco, Joomla), and basic knowledge of HTML, J-SON LD or CSS are preferred

• At least 1-year experience in SEO or the digital marketing industry
