• Check other details on customer orders, including addresses, terms, part IDs, part descriptions
• Contact customer or Masimo sales specialists for incorrect or incomplete orders
• Enter sales order details into the ERP system, including customer orders, sales demonstration equipment & product samples for customer evaluations
• Follow-up with customer on order status & backlog orders as needed
• Liaise with Masimo international internal resources and manage backorder status
• Respond to customer queries on pricing, PODs, shipment tracking, copy paperwork

Purpose of the role

The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for facilitating Talent Development & Talent Management programs and the application of Learning Management System to drive a learning culture and great employee experience to build a high performance and engaged workforce to allow the organization to stay ahead of competitions within this dynamic media landscape.

Scope of the role

• Support the Head of the Talent Management Team in the management and administering of the Learning Management System and processes to ensure accessibility of learning and development opportunities.
