We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join our Market Digital – SG & SEA team. This leadership role will oversee the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital solutions, ensuring a robust IT infrastructure, network reliability, and excellence in End-User Computing (EUC) operations.

The Team Lead will manage digital portfolio within SG & SEA Market, drive and scale new digital capabilities, provide oversight on automation initiatives, and drive the development of best practices in both on-premises and cloud environments.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a full-stack development background to enhance automation efforts and integrate solutions across the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Solutions Specialists, providing direction, support, and career development opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies for IT infrastructure management, ensuring alignment with business needs and future digitalization goals.
• Lead the digital transformation for IT infrastructure across both on-premise and Azure environments, fostering operational excellence.
• Lead automation initiatives, including robotics and warehouse automation, ensuring they are effectively implemented and integrated with existing systems.

2. Digital Solutions Implementation:

• Oversee the creation and deployment of new systems in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure they meet functional, security, and scalability requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight of system architecture, ensuring the successful integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Work closely with business units to develop custom automation tools, ensuring seamless integration across applications and systems.

3. IT Infrastructure & EUC Operations:

• Ensure the delivery of reliable and secure IT infrastructure services, covering network management, server operations, and EUC.
• Develop and enforce lifecycle management processes, ensuring hardware and systems are kept up to date with timely upgrades and decommissioning plans.

5. Best Practices & Continuous Improvement:

• Foster a culture of operational excellence by driving the implementation of best practices across IT operations, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Continuously assess the digital landscape and introduce improvements to ensure sustainable and future-proof IT systems.

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with IT, security, finance, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions that support business objectives across the SG & SEA region.
• Act as a primary point of contact for senior management regarding digital solutions and infrastructure matters.

7. Compliance & Security:

• Ensure the application and IT infrastructure comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on data security and privacy.

8. Business Continuity & Risk Management:

• Lead risk assessments and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place, mitigating any potential disruptions to operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application solutions, infrastructure management, and digital transformation within a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, server management, and EUC operations.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Exchange Messaging, and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and OT setup is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Willingness to travel within the SEA region as required.
• Eligibility for Cat 1 Clearance, highly preferred
