5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

2. Manage office fixed assets, ensuring accurate inventory records and optimizing asset utilization.
3. Coordinate with cleaning personnel to maintain cleanliness and public environmental health in office and store areas through regular inspections and support.
4. Handle the procurement of office and departmental supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
5. Manage employee dormitory arrangements, ensuring a comfortable living environment to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
6. Facilitate reception arrangements, including setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments, and coordinating parking for visitors.
7. Organize and monitor the company’s security measures to ensure the safety of employees, stores, and property through regular checks and timely resolution of any security concerns.
8. Assist in setting up processes and administrative systems required to support the company's operations as a new entrant in Singapore's retail market.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors to support the establishment and growth of the Singapore business.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or fixed asset management, preferably within the retail industry.
2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
3. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to support a fast-paced, start-up environment.
