Document Change Control Specialist

Duration: 18 months contract

Location: Changi Business Park (CBP)

Responsibilities:

• Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
• Assists with the assessment, and/or deployment of electronic document management systems
• Provide additional support to the organization as required including maintaining original documents, loading PDFs into the SharePoint, updating controlled lists
• You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Change Order process management
• Analyze, process, and track Change Orders and other design documentation submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput
• Interface with all necessary individuals in supporting departments in order to accurately process changes and structure new products released to mass production or customers

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
• Direct experience in process documentation preferred
• You must be motivated to work in a data driven environment
• Knowledge of Agile or alike PLM tools preferred
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to be organized, detailed-oriented, multitasked, prioritized, and meeting deadlines as needed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive work attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain stringent standards for inspection and testing procedures to ensure superior product quality.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and uphold equipment to the highest standards.
• Efficiently supervise Annual Inspections, Full Load Tests, and Brake Tests.
• Promptly resolve client issues to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
• Strategically plan and coordinate daily schedules and manpower allocation.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to schedule inspections and address concerns promptly.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure the timely completion of inspections as per the predetermined schedule.

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the lift industry or a related field.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical Institute.
