Responsibilities

Reporting to: Production & Development Manager

The Production Specialist is responsible for identifying production solutions and documenting technical details for all packaging productions, in Asia.

• Ensure packaging designs are aligned with manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all raw materials, printing details and production process are documented and executed from sampling to main production.
• Visit mills, printers, and converters to perform suppliers assessments, press checks, quality inspections, lead discussions for improvement, etc.
• Act as key liaison between Production & Development Manager and Suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in printing and/or production of packaging.
• Good knowledge of printing, hot stamping, paper production, and all-inclusive materials.
• Fluency in Chinese and English to communicate effectively with factories in China.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• Six Sigma certification is ideal.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business & Operations Performance

• Prepare the financial performance of the programs assigned.
• Represent the company and co-lead with the Program Manager, the Business and Operations reviews with the clients, working with clients to work on new project initiatives and address any gaps in the operations performance.

2. Customer Service

• Work closely with other internal stakeholders to provide quality, pro-active communication to clients’ queries.

3. Operations

• Prepare and monitor assigned clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and address the gaps in the performance with the other internal stakeholders like Logistics team, Production team and Quality team to improve and meet clients’ service level and performance.

4. Order Fulfilment

• Ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipment are picked up on time from the regional hub.

5. Billing

• Responsible for the timely and accurate billing to clients for service performed.

6. Projects

• Participate in any projects as assigned by Program Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management / Operations Management / Engineering related fields with preference in Industrial Engineering.
• At least two (2) years in an operational/ 3PL environment.
• Experience in the following SAP modules would be preferred - Material Master (MM) / Sales and Distribution (SD) / Production and Planning (PP)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office 365 especially in Excel and Powerpoint.

We are seeking Software Quality Assurance Engineer that strategises and delivers Whole-of-Government (WOG) secured infrastructure and services. A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Create comprehensive, clear and well-structured test suites with test plans, test scenarios and test cases covering functional, performance and end-to-end testing.
• Develop, execute, and automate tests to ensure software quality in an Agile and Scrum software development environment.
• Define, track and report on testing and defect metrics.
• Identify software quality issues, investigate into defect root causes, and coordinate with team to resolve defects.
• Identify limitations of quality assurance process and innovate transformational solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of software testing.
• Conduct research on modern software testing tools & methodologies and develop test automation framework.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and tools.
• Leverage on DevSecOps to facilitate secure software testing and address bugs early in continuous development and testing cycle.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software/product testing is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, self-directed, with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Proven work experience and knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, functional/performance/security testing, testing tools, and processes, frontend and/or desktop testing.
• Knowledgeable of Agile software development methodology and secure software development lifecycle..
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, C# .NET programming, JavaScript, and Python scripting, would be an advantage.
• Experience with frontend/desktop automation software such as Selenium, SmartBear, would be an advantage.
• Experience with end to end testing of desktop products such as MS Office, VPN software would be an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTP), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), would be an advantage.

The MolyCop business currently has 12 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The business supplies steel consumables, primarily grinding media to the Copper and Gold mineral processing sector. The business has revenues in excess of $1.4Billion and employs more than 1200 direct employees.

MolyCop’s raw material feedstock strategy incorporates a range of supply options including domestic sourcing, make own via our EAF steelmaking facilities located in Canada and importing ~800KT of bar and other traded products. The Singapore trading office is responsible for the sourcing and supply of our imported bar needs.

Role Purpose:

The role supports the Global Freight and Logistic Manager, to ensure our imported bar feedstock needs as defined through our S&OP process, are delivered in full and on-time, as well as the most cost efficient and effective freight and logistics service that leverages our volume, demand planning, mill relationships and market insights.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Assist in negotiating and securing shipment, coordinating with ship owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

2. Support Freight Manager in managing day-to-day operational, including post-fixture activities and documentation.

· Upkeep cargo readiness and delivery status for all contracts.

· Advising suppliers on vessels ETA and co-ordinate inspections schedule with our QA/QC department.

· Reviewing details on Charter-Party Bill of Lading.

· Weekly reporting to internal stakeholders on ongoing/upcoming shipment.

· Applying COO and co-ordinate CCIC survey application (Indonesia import).

· Submitting shipment advice to internal stakeholders with complete set of documents (BL, switch B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, MTC, COO, Insurance Certificate etc.)

3. Monitor the shipping market and gather relevant data to assist in decision-making processes.

4. Update Open Order record and generate Open Order Summary report.

5. Provide analytical support by preparing reports on market trends, performance metrics, and charter party agreements.

6. Assist in resolving any claims or disputes that arise during the shipment.

7. Participate in meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements:

1. Degree qualified preferred

2. 5+ years in competitively sourcing logistics categories/ Supply chain management, ideally with shipping ex Asia to US/Europe/ Latin America experience.

3. Break bulk and container experience is a must.

4. Strong knowledge of shipping process and documentation.

5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

6. Ship Broker / Agent background will be highly valued

7. English and Mandarin language a must ( liaise with Chinese counterparts

8. Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft D365 system.

9. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Actively advising on the promotion of a positive HSE culture to serve the effective implementation of all procedures
• Participate in the inspection of fire extinguishers, slings, guayas, shackles, vehicles, security and emergency systems.
• Analysis and monitoring of preventive action reports
• Advising management on procedures to ensure all facilities comply with policies and legal requirements.
• Liasing with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to HSE.
• Conduct internal audits, HSE inspection.
• Must be WSHO registered.
