WHAT YOU BRING:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in apparel development and/or manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of apparel development and manufacturing, digital product creation, garment fit, construction, craft, materials, trims, print and graphic execution, and costing
• Ability to read product specs and understand complex constructions
• Believes in continuous self-improvement, leading with empathy, compassion and teamwork
• Team player; able to effectively work in a dynamic work environment with high inter-dependencies between teams, cross-cultural colleagues, and diverse and innovative thinking
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objective; problem solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Digital 3D Garment program will be an advantage.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspections/analysis or 1st article inspection on raw materials/components according to written procedures and spec control drawings.

• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/ Diploma preferably in Engineering courses
• Basic understanding/ reading of CAD drawings
• Microsoft Office skills required.
