Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Azure cloud solutions.

- Strong expertise in designing and deploying large-scale Azure environments across various industries.

- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including virtual networks, storage, databases, identity services, and DevOps toolchains.

- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).

2. Implementation of favorable conditions to support sales/marketing target achievement

• Conducts application and theoretical training for the representatives of the different distributors in the region.
• Provides end-user training, as and when necessary
• Develops to strengthen the product knowledge of distributors (Eg. Training manual, etc)
• Handles product-related complaints and other application issues and provides excellent assistance for troubleshooting purpose/s.
• Maintains regular communication and continuous contact with all the subsidiaries & distributors.

3. Reporting

• Prepares and submits a monthly activity report to the Supervisor. This report includes activities done in the past month, issue resolved and to resolve, and plan of action for the next 2 months.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Clinical Flowcytometry lab, with a focus on leukemia and lymphoma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and conduct, both personally and professionally.
• Ability to travel 20% - 40% of the year for buisness needs.

Required experience/Skills:

• 4-8 years of experience in computer science, information sciences, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including workstations and laptops.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems. Extensive experience providing application support for Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Service Level Agreements and a Service Desk framework.
