As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. The Applications Development Engineer role is within the product division that designs and manufactures inspection and review equipment for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Based in Singapore, the Applications Engineer will be responsible for product penetration/adoption and process optimization at customer facilities in fabs.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the revenue growth of his / her portfolio within the SEA region for both the advanced materials (coating services) and the industrial equipment business units.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation and drive execution of the sales and marketing strategy within the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine, Indonesia) to deliver sales revenue growth within the 3 years business plan.
• Actively collaborate in collaborative market research into regional markets to identify clear target customers with defined market segments and application groups defined in the strategy.
• Lead and drive strategic sales initiatives for the SEA region, collaborating with the required internal resources to identify and acquire qualified leads and ultimately create new opportunities. Responsibilities

• Assist project manager to manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of control systems, SCADA systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet client requirements
• Prepare and review project documentation, including project plans, specifications, technical drawings, and operation manuals

• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS PLC programming
• Familiar with communication protocols like Modbus, DNP3, and OPC
• Hands-on experience with field commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
