Conduct sensory evaluation and ensure overall status of incoming raw materials, compounding lab sample, olfactive evaluation of aged stocks including Local ERP & SAP transactions.

Job Description

• Perform biochemistry, analytical, and raw material testing for lot release.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Handle housekeeping duties in the lab.
• Perform Quality Tag Out for laboratory equipment (e.g., freezer, water bath).
• Support lab operations including:

1. Method Transfer
2. Equipment qualification, calibration, cleaning, and maintenance
3. Purchase and receipt of reagents/consumables
4. Waste management
5. Reagent/media preparation
6. Critical reagent management
7. Document management

• Review lot release data and identify discrepancies.
• Participate in lab investigations for testing discrepancies.
• Ensure laboratory and documents are regulatory compliant and inspection-ready.
• Assist in writing SOPs, change plans, and document revisions.
• Complete and review GMP documentation (data sheets, LIMS software).
• Perform QC sample receipt, assay, and release procedure
• Support audit preparation and audit-related activities
• Understand test procedures and requirements (USP, JP, EP).
• Perform 12-hour shift work.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Process Technology/Chemical Engineering or any related course of study
• Experience in Chemical Lab Analysis in Chemical Manufacturing Plant/Pharmaceutical Chemical Plant is preferred but candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Able to perform 12 hour shifts
