• Key Responsibilities
  1. Storage Management
• Install, configure, and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN) and enterprise backup solutions.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting for HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi devices to ensure optimal availability and performance.
• Integrate storage solutions (including HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi storage arrays) into customer IT infrastructures, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Perform firmware updates and necessary system upgrades for storage devices, including Hitachi SAN environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation for storage configurations, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage disk partitioning and Logical Unit Number (LUN) assignments (create, modify, or delete LUNs).
• Actively monitor and manage multiple storage subsystems (HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi SAN environments) for optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi storage arrays.
• Troubleshoot zones and switch-related issues for SAN environments, particularly involving Cisco/Brocade SAN switches.
• Administer and manage security configurations within the storage subsystems.
  2. Backup Solutions Management
• Administer Symantec Backup environments and manage enterprise backup solutions.
• Schedule and configure backup jobs, ensuring data protection and integrity across NetApp, Hitachi, and other systems.
• Optimize backup server performance and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
• Quickly resolve backup-related issues to minimize potential data loss.
• Perform capacity planning for tape libraries and backup servers to support growing data needs.
  3. Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for critical systems, ensuring quick and reliable recovery.
• Verify successful recovery of production or DR servers after DR exercises.
  4. Storage Solution Implementation
• Collaborate with customers to integrate HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi Storage solutions into their infrastructure.
• Prepare test plans and perform functional checks to validate that storage systems meet customer requirements.
  5. Additional Duties
• Provide second- and third-level support for advanced storage issues, particularly with HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi solutions.
• Assist with data center shutdown activities and recovery operations as needed.

  Education
• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related fields.
  Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Enterprise Backup Solutions and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
• Hands-on experience with:

Assist engineer to maintain the existing PLC and SCADA system, and build the new system, and trouble shooting for the control system and control panel, and prepare the electrical single line drawing using AutoCAD, and coordinate with customer to understand customer's requirement. We will provide on site training, and hope the candidate willing to learn.

Job Description

• Prepare and review Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) Works specifications.
• Assist the ICA Lead and manage the engineering design works for the Control System Architecture, Data Communication Networks, Functional Design Specification (FDS), Process Control Narrative (PCN) and Process Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Programmable Logic Controller / Distributed Control System (PLC/DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and any other ICA Works as required.
• Handle equipment package and procurement including technical specifications preparation, technical clarification, technical bid analysis, etc.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including internal teams of different trades, clients, consultants, other packages contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure success of the project.
• Prepare, review and liaison with subcontractor(s) in the design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standards are met.
• Work with cross function project team to support project activities, i.e. schedule, process, progress claims, work progress, etc.
• Manage and supervise the project execution, site installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, plant proving related to Instrumentation, Control and automation system and interface works with other disciplines and all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Advanced Diploma in Process Control and Instrumentation.
• Experience in Selection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Instrumentation.
• Experience in ICA engineering Works, preferably in water/wastewater projectswill be an added advantage.
• Experience in Programming of PLC/DCS and SCADA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, GMP).
• Perform risk assessments, gap analysis, and prepare validation documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of validation strategies for process and utility systems (e.g., HVAC, water systems, cleanrooms).
• Lead or participate in FAT, SAT, and related commissioning activities.
• Ensure all CQV activities meet project timelines and budget requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Continuously monitor and improve validation processes in alignment with industry standards and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of CQV experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CQV of manufacturing equipment, including bioreactors, lyophilizers, or packaging lines.
• Familiarity with computerized systems validation (CSV) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with qualification and validation of single-use systems.
