Responsibilities:

• Agree to detailed programmes of work - time chart and representation on site plans
• Check that all necessary drawings and instructions have been given to contractors and authorisations obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme
• Check that materials are ordered in good time and permits OK.
• Check that all construction work is carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure
• See that requirements of specifications in regard to materials and workmanship are complied with by contractors. This includes sample tests of material and workmanship.
• Watch for faulty workmanship and material incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectifications
• Check line and level and layout of structure during erection and that intentions of contract drawings are adhered to
• Check structural slab beam and column sizes and reinforcements placed and that intent of design details are followed
• Keep a record of all measurements and tests and to bring plans into conformity with the work actually executed
• Issue such further instructions and clarifications of details as and when required; and to inform Architect for issuance of Architect's Instruction or Architect's clarification.

Requirements:

• At least 4 to 6 years or more relevant experience
• A recognised university degree in Civil Engineering

Good knowledge and hands on experience working with software and hardware systems in the area of:

• IP CCTV System

• Perimeter Protection System (PPS)

• Physical Security Information Management System (PSIM)

• Video Management System (VMS)

• Audiovisual System

 Analyze, plan, implementation (network, system, infra, applications), testing, and management of a state-of-the-art integrated perimeter, video surveillance and video analytics security system.

 Work closely with team members to meet client’s service delivery level agreement

 Able to work and coordinates with contractors and clients

 Works with partners to diagnose and rectify technical issues as well as support preventive and corrective maintenance

 Understands technical documentation, installation manuals, system drawings etc.

 Able to read and orientate construction drawing, floor plan, etc.

 Continuously looking to improve processes as well as introduce new technologies for better security and greater customer satisfaction

 Proficient in electrical power and good knowledge on power cabling works for on-site works

 Understands technical documentation, manuals, as-built system drawings etc.

 Works independently without supervision and communicates well with team members, partners, and clients

 Assists maintenance team to ensure System Availability and Reliability meets customers’ requirement

 Carries out any other technical related duties that may be required

 With knowledge on construction site safety and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources.
• Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.
• Liaising with the customer technical representatives.
• Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features.
• Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool.
• Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer.
• Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.
• Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets.
• Identify potential failures and recommend solution.
• Capacity management, forecasting and recommendation.

Requirements:

• L3 Network Engineer with min 7yrs of experience
• Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization.
• Should have supported Network deployments.
• Should have 6 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles.
• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SD WAN, LAN segmentation, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, NetScaler and BlueCoat.
• Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing.
• Identify potential failures and recommend solution.
• Update knowledge base with known errors.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
• Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business.
