Your responsibilities as a Salvage Engineer

• As part of the mobile team, provide support to the Salvage Master/Project Manager at site.

The Senior Project Engineer will manage deliverables from design team for excellent inter-discipline coordination. Will be responsible for Engineering Deliverables’ overall Quality, Services Cost and Design schedule. The assignments include specific tasks on project teams and the Project/Design Manager should use their education, creativity and expertise to resolve Inter-disciplinary engineering problems and tasks as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Coordination - Overall responsibilities, both fiscally and technically, for the project while maintaining customer relations.
• Interdisciplinary Team and Design Coordination - Responsible for overall design deliverables and coordination with interdisciplinary design team.
• Generates/Supports Development of Design Deliverables including Specifications, Data Sheets as well as supporting Design narratives.
• Adheres to Project/ design scopes of work for each project and alerts Client and Management about changes or requests for additional services.
• Generates/Supports Development of Equipment Requisitions & Works’ Packages for bid.
• Generates/Supports Development of techno-Commercial Bid Analysis
• Coordinates Review of vendor submittals and documents
• Coordinate with Client and provides design team with required input
• Sees that satisfactory relationships are maintained with internal and external team - clients, consultants and other project team members.
• Provides site support on projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of Process/Mechanical engineering design experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Bio-Pharm industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience of Interdisciplinary Design Coordination and Client/Internal Team Management.
• General knowledge of Bio-Pharma Process system design and applicable codes in Process/Mechanical engineering.
• Strong Design background and Technical focus
• Has a demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to manage Design/Engineering deliverables on Bio-Pharma/cGMP Clean Industrial projects,
• Good Verbal and Written Communication and Problem solving Skills are essential
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Nutraceutical industry experience is required.
• AutoCAD experience will be an advantage.

Description

The QC Inspector is responsible for the quality levels of field works such as civil, tankage, piping, equipment, steel structures, electrical and instrumentation etc.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction and technical drawings.
• Communicate engineering/technical/quality requirement to team individual.
• Verify that incoming materials meet the requirement
• Acts as an internal independent party for the verification of quality welds and ensure that incoming materials meet with specifications.
• Inspection at vendors shop facilities and work-sites, on fabricated pipes, steel structure, blasting, painting works, galvanizing or other installation works per ASME and ANSI codes, including verification of tests at their premises.
• Check for weld joint preparations, fit-up alignment, dimensional tolerances and visual check on weld.
• Liaise with NDT sub-contractors for radiography test, etc.
• View and interpret radiograph films before review by client inspectors.
• Follow-up on corrective action of non-conforming products.
• Prepare and compile inspection reports, non-conformance reports and other quality control.
• Monitor welders’ performance and the welding procedures to check for compliance.
• Witness and verify the welding procedures qualification tests and welders’ performance qualification tests.
• Implement and monitor proper storage, handling and usage of welding equipment and welding filter rods.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in Inspection and Quality Control for Oil and gas industry.
• Certified Welding Inspector preferably

Control Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist in the design of controls system and programming to meet the budget and time expectations of the project.
• Able to Modify controls design and other documents according to the Standards and compliance to industry standards as according to project specification.
• Develop specific program per customer and project requirements.
• Knowledge in Allen Bradley, COMAP and Siemens-S7 programming.
• Knowledge in instruments, control valves and shutdown valves troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in various industrial communication protocols like MODBUS, Ethernet etc.
• Knowledge in control panel design as per project requirement.
• Participate in controls and validation activities, conduct test and debug, FAT and SAT.
