• Oversee process design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including process simulation, mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, control philosophy, process input for instrument/valve list, etc
• Provide process input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work

RESPONSIBILITY

• To lead utilities failure investigation, root cause analysis, and initiate necessary corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to avoid future failure.
• Responsible for spare parts and consumables inventory management and updating spare part master data.
• Managing facility CAD/AutoCAD drawings.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, EHS standards, and other business systems and company policies.
• Ensure workplace safety and support all EHS and quality initiatives and targets.
• Support plant Cost Improvement Project (CIP).
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic with working experience in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Manufacturing industries.
• Well-versed in GMP.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Systematic and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and engineering problem-solving skills, workload resource planning, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Candidate with experience in the Industrial 4.0 plant will be an added advantage.
