Responsibilities:

• Author method validation protocols and execute method validation/ verification for raw material testing.
• Support the laboratory start-up activities, participate in equipment qualification activities including (but not limited to) generation of user requirement specifications, SOPs and configuration specifications.
• Perform QC test for raw material samples including compendial tests and identification tests.
• Perform QC sampling of incoming raw materials.
• Author/ revise raw material specification and other QC related documents.
• Support laboratory activities such as housekeeping and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

Job Responsiblities:

• Collect daily job notifications from the Board’s officers at the start of each work day.
• Carry out site survey at customer’s premises in advance of actual meter fixing/removal/replacement works to assess site conditions (for example, no obstruction to meters, valves on water mains are as per plans).
• Site survey before meter fixing/removal/replacement job, supervision of contractor’s work
• Check and record initial readings on new meters and final readings on old meters, including photographic records

• Ensure that products assembled and tested conforms to specifications and are in accordance to the quality standard laid out.
• Performs assembly and test processess according to establised process / test instructions.
• Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping practices (5S) at all times
• Participates in new products evaluation and transfers as assigned

• Supervise site team & maintain regular & effective communication with superiors and other team members

Requirments

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Working experience with assembling in mechanical or Electrical will be advantage
• Equipment setup assembling, testing and debug of capital equipment experience will be added advantages
• Working area : Woodlands (will be clean room enviornment) / Kaki Bukit

Role & Responsibilty

• Responsible for quantity take-offs and Cost Control functions for projects.
• Subcontracts management.
• Supervisor and Plan for Daily work schedule and progress for requirement for targeted completion.
• Tracking of Subcontractors/ Suppliers obligations required as per agreement.
• Administering variations to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
• Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
• Maintaining registers of variations, extension of time claims.
• Liaising effectively with other Technician, engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations. and extension of time claims is captured.
• Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
