Job Description:

➤ Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
➤ Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
➤ Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
➤ Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to Companies and Governments’ regulatory standards.
➤ Assist in monitoring production processes to maintain quality control and food safety guidelines.
➤ Assist in customers’ feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
➤ Assist in internal/ external and regulatory audits.

Job Requirements:

➤ Minimum Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors’ Degree in Food Science/ Technology.
➤ Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a QA/ QC role in Food Manufacturing industry would be preferred.
➤ Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
➤ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
➤ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
➤ Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking production staffs and associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sensory evaluations, along with chemical and microbiological tests, on both products and raw materials.
• Understand and implement sampling plans, conducting sampling of raw materials and products as required.

• Prepare product samples upon customer request or for internal/external laboratory testing.
• Accurately document all necessary information on the provided inspection forms and master list.
